At Tenor, we believe you should always have full control over your data—that means allowing you to export your data from the Tenor platform for any reason at any time.
Export all client data
On the All Clients page in your Tenor portal, click the "Export all" button.
Click "Generate export" in the dialog that pops up. Stay on the current page while the export is processing, this process could take up to a few minutes for accounts with long client histories.
Once the export is processed, click "Download ZIP" to begin downloading a ZIP file containing two PDF files (one containing all session transcripts, another containing all session notes).
Exporting a single client's data
On every client page, you can easily export the data from a single client by clicking the "Generate export" button in the "Export client data" section near the bottom of the page.
